People are LAID OFF, SENT AWAY, GIVEN THE SACK, GOT RID OF, FIRED...
it doesn't matter how HARD-WORKING, DEDICATED, SMART, SKILLFUL, QUALIFIED...  they are.
Companies are DOWNSIZED, SHUT/CLOSED DOWN, BOUGHT OUT...

How to set up a company

Lots of people dream of starting their own company and working for themselves. What do you need to do to set up a company? Is it a complicated process?
